Welcome to the Pacific Rim Orthopaedic Surgeons Patient Portal

Patients may use the secure Patient Portal to view their medical records. Under the Visits Detail tab, patients may also look up the date of their next appointment.

To create your Login:

•       Make sure the office has entered your email address in your account.

•       Click on Sign Up and proceed with completing the form and selecting your password.

New patients:

•       Create a Login as above.

•       Up to 7 days prior to your scheduled office visit – you may complete your medical history forms in the portal. This will save time at the actual office visit.

•       Print off the additional Patient Forms on the Patient Portal and Forms screen on our website, complete them, and bring them to your appointment.

Messaging:

•       DO NOT use this portal to communicate an emergency or time sensitive information.

•       Your message will be read by a member of our staff.
